Refund and Returns Policy
At i GO BALI, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our refund and cancellation process as fair and transparent as possible.

Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by the Customer:
100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date.
50% refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of no-show.

2. Cancellations by Us (i GO BALI):
If we need to cancel a tour due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Non-Refundable Items
Entrance tickets, activity passes, or third-party bookings that are non-refundable according to the provider’s terms.

Any transaction fees incurred from payment gateways or international transfers.

Rescheduling Policy
You may request a reschedule at least 24 hours before your tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule, depending on availability.
